Conditions of using are definated by rules between Operator of the services (ESPEDICE.cz) and user of these services

1. Většina služeb na stránkách www.espedice.cz je poskytována zdarma. V případě, že jde o služby, které zdarma nejsou, uživatel je na ně samozřejmě nejprve upozorněn.

9. Operator has right to delete user account from ESPEDICE.CZ

• if the user is using it in conflict with good manners, valid law and generell ethnic and moral principles of the society or is used to provide criminal action (or forward to criminal action).
• if user misapply, blocks,modificate or in any other way changes part of service.
• if user does not visit his account for longer then 3 months
• seems as the user of the services is another artificial or natural person
• tryed to break the stability, run or the dates of the system ESPEDICE.CZ
• is not used for affect that web pages ESPEDICE.CZ were crated for.
• in case that user in registration enters invalid or false data, that are incompetent

10. User agrees in law metter about information company services, that the operator is aligable to send user any e-mail massages containing news, that service is offering, also products of third person parties.

11. User is obliged to make an accurate and complete informations about yourself, and registered company. These data are collectively called the Personal Information Services (hereinafter "Personal Data"). Data stored in the personal data may be added in any time, amend or modify, through the server espedice.cz. User agree that some of these data are personal data within the meaning of the CZ Act. No. 101/2000 Coll. Privacy.

12. User agress with anonymous using registrational and statistical informations of the service by operator of the service and partners for progress and services.

13. In case of using concrete servis user is giving a agreement to use his personal informations for use in the concrete service.

14. Operator of this server do not have any responsibility for mistakes , or damages caused by our aplications located on www.espedice.cz . In spite of we are trying to keep our aplication safe and use encryption for comfort and safety.

15. Operator is saving the right to change these conditions using services ESPEDICE.CZ, change of use any of those mentioned services.

16. Users consent to the processing of personal data by filling in the registration form, ticking a box and send the completed registration form gives the user in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll.
